Growing up, my family went to St Louis, MO every summer to Cardinal baseball games. We always spent time walking around the city and I spent time snapping photos of all the unique old buildings. As with many cities, St Louis has many old restored buildings with lots of artistic details.
The Leesman Family Farm has been in my family for over 100 years. 4 generations have grown up on this farm. Riding around with my Grandpa in his pickup truck and hearing the stories he told about each place I photographed helped me learn a lot about my family history.
Having been a resident of this area most of my life, this is where I started taking photos while enrolled in a community college photography class. The area is very rural and I enjoy taking pictures of old buildings and landscapes.
