Q: How do I join MyStory.com?

A: Click on any of the join/login buttons. There is one on top of the left navigation and on at the top of most pages. Then follow the simple steps.

Q: How do I upload a scrapbook page?

A:You must first be logged in as a registered user to the site. Once logged in you enter My Scrapbook Gallery. In the drop down select 'add photos'. A new window should open and allow you to add your layouts.

Q: What payment methonds do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover payments via the PayPal system

Q: How do I choose the template?

A: Click the Open Template button that appears on the screen. Browse through the templates and choose one that you like. Note that you can change templates any way you'd like to personalize your layout.

Q: How do I save my layout?

A: You can do so by clicking the Save button above the canvas. Once your layout is complete and you have saved for the final time, click on the View Your Layout link next to the layout name.

Q: How do I Make a photo book?

A: One printing option is to publish your scrapbook pages in a photo book. Photo books come in various sizes, many of which will fit the digital scrapbook pages you make at CropMom. The 8" by 8" and 12" by 12" books are specifically intended for scrapbook layouts.
